ÜRÜN BİLGİLERİ
Principle
The microbial count is the number of viable microorganisms in one millilitre or gramme of the material to be examined, e.g. water, soil, milk, ice cream, etc. It is of high practical importance for the analysis of drinking water, soil, and foodstuffs. The
microbial count can only be determined exactly if all of the related tasks are performed in a way that prevents the material that is to be examined from being contaminated with foreign microorganisms.
Benefits
Experiment is part of a series of complementary microbiology experiments
Equipment of this experiment can also be used to perform other experiments from the series
Tasks
Determine the microbial count of the sample.
